Our licensed occupational therapist is a well-trained professional, creates plans, coordinates with other health care members, and manages medically prescribed occupational therapy treatments for clients to handle development and rehabilitation of mentally, physically, or emotionally disabled individuals by performing therapies and duties.
- Analyzes the patient’s level of function by implementing diagnostic and prognostic procedures.
- Guides and support the patient in the use of healing, creative, and self-care activities for the goal of enhancing functions and boosting independence in performing ADL’s.
- Monitors, records, and reports to the patient’s physician the patient’s response to treatment and any improvement in the patient’s condition.
- Prepares clinical and progress notes for the patient’s clinical record.
